Registration Deadline: 1 week before the event please!!

This
Registration Form is your intent to pay for the event. If you decide
not to attend the event, please cancel reservations 1 week before
the event. If you do not register in advance, we will need you to
complete a Registration Form at the door. All are welcome, even at
the door!

Please fill out the form on the bottom of this page and we will send you a confirmation email.

Economic
door buster price of $75 has been maintained! Space is for one 6x3
ft table and two folding chairs. One table per vendor. Please note
that we have very few electrical outlets.

All
payments are non-refundable. Please ensure that payment is received
by the day of the event if at all possible. You may bring a check to
the event (personal checks are accepted). A receipt or W-9 form is
available upon request.

We
will send you a confirmation of your registration, including a Flyer
to use as your parking permit. Please print and bring a copy of the
Flyer. Park in Lot 4 and place Flyer visibly in your windshield.
Continue to the Health Science Building (Tech Ed 3), 2nd floor. The
elevator is located behind the large concrete stairway. Please check
in at the registration table and then proceed to the table of your
choice.
